RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct face-to-face presentations in one of our sales centers located at one of our award- winning resorts in accordance with Arcadia’s Sales Process (shared during training sessions).
- Find commonality with prospective and/or current owners.
- Communicate the benefits of traveling with the Arcadia Resorts Membership.
- Generate sales from pre-qualified leads by initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques.
- Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Needs to be able to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude within a high-energy environment.
- A “go-getter” with the ability to effectively communicate and work well with different personality types.
- Desire to learn sales process through initial training and ongoing observation.
- High “coachability-factor” or willingness and openness to receiving feedback, reflecting on their progress and development and ability to adjust and improve sales practices over time.
