arcadia icr group is Hiring a Receptionist (FT) Near Pensacola, FL
Daily tasks include, but not limited to:
- Answering phones and forwarding message to the appropriate staff.
- Filing, create and maintain client and vendor files/records.
- Errands, maintain office supply stock, data entry of accounts payable.
- Preparing letters/checks for mailing, prepare and process FedEx/ups packages.
- Minimum office cleaning, assisting office staff with daily tasks as needed.
- Candidate must have prior Office experience.
- Candidate must be dependable with reliable transportation.
- Must be a team player with good organizational habits and excellent communication skills.
- Monday - Friday.
- Hours 8:00am - 4:30pm.
