Chief Agency Training Officer

Up to $85,000/yearFull-Time Mercer County, NJ

Who We Need:

We are currently looking for a Full Time Chief Agency Training Officer to join our Team in Mercer County. Must be able to work in the evening as needed.

What We Need:

• Oversee the training, development, and implementation of training initiatives that support the Agency's commitment to professional development and growth.
• Conduct training needs analysis across all departments, obtaining feedback from both frontline employees and management.
• Act as Agency trainer, including but not limited to: New Hire Orientation, CPR & First-Aid, and Medical Administration.
• Act as Administrator for College of Direct Support eLearning courses as needed.
• Adhere to and carry out all Agency policies and procedures.
• Innovation for continuous assessment and cutting-edge training
• Perform all other tasks as assigned.

What You Need:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least 3 years relevant experience.
• Experience with Instructional Design to be used in multiple formats (instructor-led classroom, blended learning, and eLearning).
• Understanding of adult learning theories and principles.
• Experience with learning management systems.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suites required.
• Must possess or be able to obtain the following:
  • CPR, First-Aid, and AED Instructor certification through The American Red Cross
  • College of Direct Support (CDS) Administrator certification through The Boggs Center on Developmental Disabilities.
