Full Time: Production Support Specialist (PSS)

PSS starting rate is $15.25/hr.

18 years old, with agency-approvable driver’s license. Opportunities for pay increase based on education.

• High school diploma or GED not required.
• One year experience with sewing, custodial, or production experience -OR- one year experience working with individuals with disabilities

You will have the chance to see consumer goods through production, while enhancing skills and enriching lives for industrial workers.

• Lead inclusive workforce in a manufacturing and industrial setting
• Use hands-on approaches to train, motivate, and supervise teams
• Manage a variety of exciting contract projects and commodities productions
• Ensure efficiency, quality standards, and maintenance of equipment
• Empower teams by teaching methods of work simplification and quality assurance
• Check progress and workmanship of employees
