POSITION SUMMARY:
Provides a variety of human resource services to employees and administrators at all levels. Works as a team member requiring some judgment and independent decision making in determining departmental needs and serves as a resource for departments regarding human resource functions. Must have an excellent work ethic and be able to provide superior customer service in a fast paced environment.

Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related area or *equivalent, with a minimum of one (1) year of professional human resources experience to include demonstrated knowledge of all human resource functions; and demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills required. Must possess excellent computer skills and be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Human Resources data entry experience preferred.
*Any equivalent combination of relevant experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be substituted.
WORK ENVIRONMENT / CONDITIONS / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Work will take place in an office environment. Employee may be required to work weekends, holidays and be on-call on occasion. The employee may encounter controlled air conditions with frequent air changes, environmental exposure, and lift up to 60 pounds.
