• What a day in the life for an Assistant General Manager can look like : Lead and motivate a team of employees, including training, scheduling, and coaching to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.
• Ensure that all customers have a memorable dining experience by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.
• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Assist with managing labor and food costs to maximize profitability.* Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during your shift.
• What you bring to the table : Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail environment, including Profit & Loss responsibility preferably in quick serve restaurant (QSR).
• Managers must be at least 18 years old.* Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.* Ability to lift, carry, stack, push or pull heavy objects.

Stand and walk constantly for entire shifts.
