```Duties```
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including food preparation, production, and service
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Manage inventory control and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels
- Supervise and train staff on food handling procedures and customer service
- Monitor and maintain quality standards for food products and service

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, production, and service
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff and customers
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining quality standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
