The Manager has overall responsibility for daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparations, inventory management, recruiting and retention of team members and ensuring that the highest quality products and service are delivered to each customer.
Responsibilities include:
1) Maintaining fast, accurate service, positive quest relations, and ensuring products are consistent with company quality standards.
2) Assisting in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members.
3) Ensuring company standards on equipment, facility, and grounds are maintained by using a preventive maintenance program.
4) Ensuring food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
