Graduate Nurse

The Graduate Nurse will learn and then demonstrate familiarity with dialysis procedures and the knowledge, skills, and judgement necessary to assume the responsibility of caring for the dialysis patient. This position cooperates and works together with all co-workers to plan and complete job duties with appliable supervisory direction, including exercising job-appropriate judgement. This is a transitionary role to a RN and individual is required to obtain their nursing license within 90 days of employment.
