Responsibilities and Duties:

• Collaborating with leadership/management team and office staff to facilitate timely office processing of client paperwork.
• Actively participates in Agency quality improvement activities.
• Training of non-certified caregivers
• Conducting assessments of existing clients
• Initial in-home evaluations and/or assessment.
• Establish the patients individualized treatment and client record baseline.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Registered Nurse with a public health, home health care, or hospital background (desirable)
• Must have at least one-year clinical experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
