Job Details
Job Description:
- Define STD Packaging (design packaging and create std packaging instructions)
- Measure packaging and create std packaging instructions (for packaging we don t want to change)
- Build PFEP master file and PFEP.
- Develop and improve procedures and instructions to minimize packing line setup and changeover time / cost
- Works in compliance with GMP work practices, ISO3485, ISTA Standards.
- Work with Packaging operations and suppliers to troubleshoot packaging issues, maintain packaging quality, and optimize packing line efficiencies
- Participates as the team member responsible for packaging on New Product Development projects and Packaging Development projects
Skillset:
- 5 years of relevant experience relating to Packaging/ manufacturing engineering of industrial products and their components.
- Detailed knowledge of packaging qualification testing Experience designing packaging with variety of packaging materials
- Strong communication skills to relate to sales, customer service, quality, operations, and supply chain.
- Effective use of problem solving and critical thinking to drive continuous improvement.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills
- Proficient with CAD NX/Pro-E/AutoCAD Software
