Responsibilities :

• Answer and route phone calls
• Greet patients and caregivers
• Provide paperwork
• Notify Study Coordinator of patient arrival
• Check out patients
• Scan paperwork into clinical software system
• Send / Receive Fax
• Organize front and back office
• Scheduling

Qualifications :

• Prior experience in medical office a plus
• HS diploma
• Friendly, approachable, and positive attitude
• Ability to work in fast paced team-environment
