Aquademy Swim School & Fitness is Hiring a Secretary/Receptionist Near Laredo, TX

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome parents & students in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule lessons, and manage the office calendar.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, as well as email correspondence
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Provide administrative support to the office staff, including managing schedules

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide support to customers and address their needs
- Proficiency in using computer software programs such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Canva)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Available from 3:00pm-8:30pm Monday- Thursday

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
