Aqua-Tots Swim Schools is Hiring a Customer service specialist Near Mount Laurel, NJ

Pay is $18 per hour with an eligible raise at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year.

The Customer Service Specialist is a game-changer in the life of a child. They are responsible for implementing & upholding the Aqua-Tots Core Values in every interaction, whether with children, parents, or staff members.

The Details :

What we are looking for

  • Strong hospitality and customer service skills
  • Availability to work at least two weekday afternoon shifts (3 : 15 - 8 : 15 pm) AND Saturdays (8 : 30 am - 1 : 30 pm or 12 : 30 pm - 5 : 00 pm) required*
  • Must be comfortable multi-tasking and working with computers
  • Must have attention to detail
  • Must be comfortable working with a scheduling system
  • One year of the demonstrated hospitality industry or customer service representative experience - preferred
  • One year of demonstrated sales experience - preferred
  • Bilingual is a *plus*

Customer Service Specialist Job Details :

  • Greet customers when they come into the facility
  • Communicate effectively with potential and existing customers
  • Build relationships with families and get to know their names and their children’s names
  • Handle customer complaints gracefully with a win / win outcome
  • Lead by example for other staff members by using the customer-focused principle in every customer interaction
  • Answering sales calls and conducting tours
  • Enrolling children in swim lessons and managing the lesson schedules
  • Engaging with Children and Families on the joy of learning & swimming
  • Smiling and having fun
  • Answering questions and providing feedback to children and parents
  • Ensuring a fantastic, family-friendly experience

Aqua-Tots Swim Schools provide year-round, indoor swim lessons to children ages four months and up in classes of no more than four students.

Our expert instructors teach a proven, life-saving curriculum that reduces drownings and creates a life-long love of swimming.
