As the Senior Manager Software Development (Omni Channel), you will play a pivotal role in driving the design and development of new applications, components, and services on our next-generation cloud-native commerce platform. Leveraging modern tools, techniques, and methodologies, you will lead a team in delivering thin slices of end-to-end functionality on a regular cadence. Your passion for mastering emerging technologies and your experience in leading agile teams will be crucial in ensuring the success of our projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the Omni Channel development team, overseeing the design and delivery of omni solutions.
• Actively participate the Agile/Scrum environments, driving continuous improvement and efficient delivery practices.
• Our current technology stack includes Typescript/JavaScript, polyglot storage solutions and React/ React Native on the client side, expressed as a containerized microservices architecture supporting a suite of Mobile Client Apps.
• You will be working on our newest product offering Aptos ONE; a cloud-native, mobile-first, and unified commerce services platform. This will enable retailers to respond to changing market demands across all customer touchpoints.
• Manage the lifecycle and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Mentor team members, set standards, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Software Development
• Designing and delivering high visibility omni channel solutions
• Proficiency in React, Typescript, Node.js, and microservices architecture
• Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with experience leading and mentoring teams.
• Any background in retail, high-end transactional systems, eCommerce, point of sale (POS), or with payment, trading or banking solutions would be a big plus
• Experience with React is required, while knowledge of React Native is a significant advantage.
• Any exposure to .Net technologies would be beneficial.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in payment, trading, or banking solutions.
• Understanding of cloud-native architectures and services.
