Job Title: Business Analyst

Who?

We’d like this person to have the following skills/abilities:

• Currently holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights for process improvement
• Ideal candidate is familiar with workflow automation tools like Flowable and has some coding experience
• Analytical: Must be able to work with multiple stakeholders to analyze complex processes and determine how those processes can be made into simple workflow automations
• Communication:Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights for process improvement
• Leadership: Must possess solid leadership qualities with proven business results. Must be able to work with limited supervision and be accountable for actions and decisions. Must be skilled at working in a matrixed business environment

What?

In this role, you would:

Workflow Automation:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to break down existing business processes and identify how they can be made better with workflow automation tools
• Serve as the “translator” between business leaders and the workflow automation coders, ensuring that both sides are understood and can agree on a path to move projects forward
• Analyze existing workflows and recommend improvements for enhanced efficiency

Communication and Documentation:

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Document business processes, requirements, and workflow automation projects
• Set clear deadlines for teams to meet

Technology Integration:

• Work closely with workflow automation coders to ensure deliverable timelines are met and projects continue to move forward
• Provide support in testing and implementing changes to enhance workflow efficiency

Data Analysis:

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization
