Appolo Heating is a leading home services provider seeking a personable, reliable individual to serve as a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our growing company!! Are you interested in taking your career to the next level with an industry leader? You will handle inbound and outbound customer service calls from an established customer base as well as assisting new and potentially new customers.
Responsibilities:
As part of our team, a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher will take incoming calls and make outgoing calls. You would be responsible for scheduling appointments, confirmations, and follow up calls. Above all, you will use your communication and active listening skills to provide customers with exceptional service.

It is important that you display excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and active listening skills, along with the ability to interact effectively with both customers and co-workers.
