We're looking for someone who is inquisitive, energetic, hard-working, highly motivated, and committed to providing superior customer service to clients and to assist in managing our team.
This role is responsible for assisting the Manager of our company in maintaining all aspects of property operations, monitoring, and leading the Customer Service Outreach department, taking the lead in employee training, motivation, and development.
This position does start at the entry-level. The expectation is that, over time and under the guidance of the Manager, this position will be eligible to be considered for an upper management position.
We do not believe in tenure seniority, upper management positions are earned.
