**Key Responsibilities**
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Lead multifunctional project teams and provide technical input to achieve project goals.
Convert business requirements to functional and technical specifications.
Communicate project health metrics to ensure adherence and execution.
Interface with external suppliers, research and guide vendor selection for software and equipment.
Interfaces with internal customers and report on progress against project objectives.

**Qualifications:**
Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Self-motivated individual who can drive progress towards broad objectives without close supervision.
Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field strongly preferred.
Ability to explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
Change management experience, including organizational change and guiding employees through technology adoption processes.
Ideal candidate will have a mix of skills crossing between Operations and/or Engineering, Project Management, Software systems.

**U.S. Salary Range:**
$84,000.00 - $115,500.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
