Applied Composites (AC) is seeking a Manager, Facilities who is responsible for supervising and overseeing Facilities which is composed of Maintenance, Plant Operation, Utilities, Buildings, Grounds, Custodial Services and Facilities Construction and/or Restoration. Oversees and coordinates the activity necessary for maintaining and repairing equipment, systems, and buildings. Involved in all construction and remodel projects to ensure integrity of all the systems. Ensures maintenance objectives are met including project costs, quality, safety factors and city permits.
Approves and oversees inventory, purchase of products and equipment, as well as equipment maintenance contracts and outside contractors. Establishes standard maintenance requirements for equipment. Maintains and oversees the preventative maintenance program to ensure that all equipment is satisfactorily maintained to maximize its life and dependability and ensure records are complete and accurate.
In addition, this position is responsible for recruiting, selection, training, development, and supervision of staff.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma/GED, plus four (4) years relevant experience and appropriate certifications may be substituted for meeting educational requirement only
Years’ Experience: Seven (7) years’ Facilities Management experience in an aerospace and/or manufacturing environment required and three (3) years recent supervisory experience
