Temporary Receptionist Needed! 4-5 Months!

Pay : $20-$21 per hour or Based on Experience (DOE)

Hours : Monday to Friday, 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 00 PM

Location : Santa Barbara, CA

Position Length : Approximately 4-5 months

Responsibilities :

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Provide basic and accurate information via phone and email.
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
• Monitor email for customer correspondence and invoicing.
• Perform clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
• Assist in typing estimates for customers.
• Monitor and respond to emails as needed.
• Order job materials when necessary.
• Process customer credit card payments over the phone.
• Assist in completing paperwork prepared by others in the organization.;

Requirements :

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers).
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Customer service attitude.
