Job Title : Sales Coordinator

Job Description :

We are seeking a proactive leader to collaborate closely with the sales and accounting departments, managing paperwork, coordinating equipment transportation, and fostering strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities :

• Light administrative tasks, including A / P data entry, customer statement distribution, and phone reception.
• Accurate and efficient processing of sales and rental invoices.
• Maintenance of records on all rental equipment transitions.
• Completion of rental transactions and addressing customer inquiries.
• Oversight of yard space rentals and gate functionality maintenance.
• Additional duties as assigned by manager.

Responsibilities :

• Cultivate strategic business partnerships with key clients to enhance satisfaction and build lasting relations.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities by qualifying and developing accounts.
• Provide professional customer service and support, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to sales strategy development and execution.
• Emphasize quality, speed, and proficiency in all tasks.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in administrative or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.
• Motivated team player with a can-do attitude.
