This Inside Sales Support Position :

Inside sales support professionals build relationships with customers by proactively following up on their satisfaction with company services and addressing inquiries and concerns.

As the customer's main point of contact with the company, they're responsible for relaying information and coordinating with internal teams to solve issues.

A central part of your job is to help the sales staff. An entry-level sales support associate usually needs a high school diploma or equivalent experience.
