The HR Generalist is responsible for performing a variety of human resources functions to support the entire employee lifecycle.
The HR Generalist acts as a key point of contact for employees and management regarding HR-related queries and issues.
Requirement :
Bachelor's degree in Human resources, business administration or related field.
Work experience :
- Proven experience as a HR generalist.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Familiarity and experience with Federal and multiple state labor laws.
- Certificates / Licenses Not required, but holding any of the following credentials is highly desired.
PHR, SPHR, GPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP.
