Employee Champion : Provide support and guidance to employees on various HR-related issues, fostering a positive work environment.

Policy Pro : Maintain and develop HR policies and procedures, keeping things running smoothly.

Data Detective : Analyze HR data and reports to identify trends and support strategic decision making.

We're looking for someone who :

Has 1-3 years of experience in HR generalist or a similar role.

Possesses a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.

Is a whiz with organization and keeps things running smoothly.

Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with employees at all levels.

Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing many hats.

Bonus points if you have :

Experience with HR software.

A knack for problem-solving and finding creative solutions.
