Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timeliness.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects on track and within budget.
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets with meticulous attention to detail.
Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues that may arise, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating and guiding the construction team to achieve excellence.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in construction management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
Familiarity with construction management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Primavera, AutoCAD).
Certification in construction management or related field (e.g., PMP, CCM) is a plus.
