YOUR LIFE AS A CONSTRUCTION PERMIT COORDINATOR
As a Construction Permit Coordinator, you make it possible for our company to begin and complete our residential construction projects. You are essential to our business because you apply for and process the important permits and applications that we need so we can provide our services. Before every project, you prepare and submit required documents and ensure that all information is accurate and permit requirements are met.
You regularly check the status of submitted permits, and you update the customer about the permit's progress. If a permit fails, you notify the director of operations and assist them with identifying and fixing any issues. Additionally, you assist the purchasing staff with purchase orders and ensure all warranties are logged with vendors and manufacturers.
