A well-known establishment in Goleta, CA is looking for an AP/AR/Accounting Clerk to join their team! The ideal candidate will have experience performing AP/AR duties in a prior role & CPA knowledge.
Pay: $26-$30
Schedule: Full-time, M-F
Location: On-site in Goleta, CA
Duration: Temp-to-Hire
Job Duties:
-Process all purchase orders, invoices, and statements for payment following department policies and procedures
-Maintain accurate database of all transactions
-Process all documentation for recharges, travel, entertainment, reimbursements
-Audits credit card transactions; completes all deposits
-Provides a variety of administrative tasks for the smooth operation of services.
