The Operations Accounting Administrator will serve a vital role in communication with operation departments and accounting departments. The duties will include reporting of premiums, applying of payments, inventory oversight, invoice processing, NSF processing, collections and unapplied payments.
-Reconcile payments through operations control numbers upon the entering of reports in database
-Process invoices electronically for all departments upon receipt of balances
-Oversee daily functions of operations inventory staff to ensure direction and goal attainment
- Experience as a Bookkeeper or AR/AP Clerk
