AppleOne is Hiring a Call Center Agent Near Saint Paul, MN

We're on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join us as an Inbound and outbound Call Center Representative, focusing on class action cases. In this critical role, you'll handle incoming calls related to class action lawsuits, delivering top-notch customer service and aiding callers with their inquiries and claims. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a dedication to ensuring positive customer interactions are key for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls from potential class members regarding class action lawsuits.
- Provide accurate details about the class action, including eligibility criteria, deadlines, and necessary documentation.
- Guide callers through the claims process, offering assistance with necessary steps and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Maintain meticulous records of all interactions with callers, including notes on inquiries, claim submissions, and resolutions.
- Follow up with callers as necessary to provide updates on their claims or to request additional information.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as legal and administrative staff, to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of caller inquiries and claims.
- Adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards in handling class action cases and sensitive customer information.
- Strive to meet or surpass performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center role is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous phone demeanor.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software and systems.
- Empathy towards callers and the ability to demonstrate patience and understanding.
- Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
