We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator (Candidate Experience Coordinator) to ensure a seamless interview experience for our talent. This position is perfect for someone who is looking for a fast-paced environment, has a willingness to learn, and is interested in Talent Acquisition. The Coordinator plays an integral part in owning the logistics & scheduling of our hiring process, while building relationships with hiring teams and candidates. This role will allow you to learn the in's and out's of a Talent Acquisition team, while working at a fast paced, scale-up tech environment.
This role is based at Appian's Headquarters in McLean, VA. Employees hired for this position will have the opportunity to work in a flexible, hybrid environment.
