Job Title: Site Administrator
Department: AMG - Clinic Ops
About the role:
We are hiring for an experienced, team-oriented Site Administrator who has managed multiple outpatient clinics.

What you'll do:
  • Manage operational and financial performance of 4 sites in the San Gabriel Valley, including but not limited to daily operations, revenue cycle, provider schedules and productivity, claims, and budget
  • Develop and lead a cross-functional team of medical assistants, patient concierges, medical records specialists, and others to deliver best-in-class care experiences for our patients and community, ensuring the team is achieving expected performance, and coaching/mentoring individuals as needed
  • Monitor each site’s activities and outcomes against defined goals/KPIs, such as patient satisfaction, clinical and non-clinical staff satisfaction, clinic productivity, profitability, HCC performance, and STAR performance
  • Identify root causes of operational deficiencies and help implement the best tools, processes, and trainings to correct deficiencies and control costs, carrying such learnings across all sites managed and throughout organization
  • Build relationships within the community and support growth and marketing initiatives
  • Monitor the impact to each site of actual and projected growth in membership, utilization, etc
  • Collaborate with Medical Director and central leadership teams to improve provider satisfaction
  • Address and resolve provider-related issues
  • Report on progress, operational issues, and potential areas of future concern
  • Exude professional demeanor at all times and enforce the same with site teams
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies; respond appropriately and expeditiously to any emergencies or urgent issues as they arise


Minimum qualifications:

  • 3 years of relevant healthcare experience, including at least 2 years of management experience in a managed care environment
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt and effectively lead in a fast-paced environment, where change is common
  • Skilled operator who takes data-driven, process-oriented approach towards continuous improvement of clinic operations
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines


You're a great fit for this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (4 additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree)
  • 4 years of healthcare management experience in a managed care environment

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • This position is based in office located at 925 S Garfield Ave, Alhambra, CA 91801.
  • Our total compensation target pay range for this role is between $75,000.00 - $100,000.00. This salary expectation represents our national target range for this role.
