Apollo Care Services, LLC. is Hiring a 245D Designated Manager Near Brighton, MN

Apollo Care Services, LLC. is looking for a Designated Manager to oversee residential programs that support children and/or adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Anoka and Hennepin County area. The Designated Manager works closely with the Designated Coordinators that manage those sites and is responsible for compliance with 245D rules and regulations. One of the most important roles for a Designated Manager at Apollo Care Services, LLC. is ensuring that the supports that are being delivered on a day to day basis are high quality and person-centered. Responsibilities:

- maintaining a current understanding of the licensing requirements sufficient to ensure 245D compliance throughout the programs they oversee

- ensuring the duties of the program coordinator are fulfilled, coaching, mentoring, and supporting the program coordinators and directors

- ensuring the program implements corrective action identified as necessary by the program following review of incident and emergency reports

- conducting an internal review of incident reports of alleged or suspected maltreatment

- evaluate the satisfaction of persons served by the program, the person's legal representative, if any, and the case manager, with the service delivery and progress toward accomplishing outcomes

- ensuring and protecting each person's rights

- ensuring staff competency requirements are met, and ensuring staff orientation and training is provided in accordance with 245D regulations

- ensuring corrective action is taken when ordered by the commissioner and that the terms and conditions of the license and any variances are met

- evaluating, developing, documenting, and implementing ongoing program improvements.

Qualifications:

- a minimum of three years of supervisory level experience in a program providing direct support services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older

- meet one of the following criteria below:

(1) a baccalaureate degree in a field related to human services, and one year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older; or

(2) an associate degree in a field related to human services, and two years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older; or

(3) a diploma in a field related to human services from an accredited postsecondary institution and three years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,500.00 - $53,500.00 per year
