APN Consulting is Hiring an Enrollment representative Near New York, NY
Duration : 3-4 Months
Remote position - however candidates must live in NY
Work hours are 9-5 : 30 PM EST
Description
- Receive referrals from referral sources.
- Verify prospective members eligibility.
- Educate prospective members on the services we provide and the enrollment process.
- Handle inbound calls as well as complete outbound calls.
- Work closely with clinical team and schedule intake nurses.
- Bilingual in any language is Preferred
min 2 years of experience.
50-75 referrals a day.
Must Have Skills : Microsoft suite
Day to Day Responsibilities : Enter referrals, handle inbound and outbound calls, review long term services with prospects, additional duties as assigned.
Must have a NY State DMV ID
