Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Salary: $19.00 to $19.50
Job Description:
LHH is seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our client's team. The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of their office, providing administrative assistance to various departments and ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Greet visitors and assist with inquiries or direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Maintain office filing and record-keeping systems, ensuring accuracy and organization of documents.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing as necessary.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings, coordinating calendars, and sending reminders.
• Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, memos, and presentations.
• Perform data entry tasks and maintain databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and reconciling accounts.
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock.
• Assist with organizing and coordinating office events, meetings, and conferences as needed.
• Other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by management.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
• C Level experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
