Dir/ Senior Director, Clinical Research Scientist 2020393
Location: Waltham, MA (Hybrid)
Therapeutic Area: Immuno-oncology
Job Overview: Seeking a Clinical Research Scientist with strong expertise in Oncology, Immunology, or Immuno-oncology to lead the implementation, planning, and execution of clinical trial activities, collaborating with various stakeholders and driving Clinical Development strategy in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for scientific leadership and execution of clinical studies, ensuring high-quality trial execution, data review, safety assessment, and interpretation of results.
• Leads clinical development activities, collaborating with clinical operations in implementing study startup, conduct, and close-out activities.
• Contributes to protocol development, ensuring high clinical quality and educating team members on protocol requirements.
• Serves as a technical resource for clinical issues, oversees data generation and validation, and conducts data review and analysis.

Primary Job Requirements:

• PhD/PharmD with 5 years, MA/MBA/MS with 7 years of clinical development experience. Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical scientist experience in executing oncology or immuno-oncology development programs.
• Experience in utilizing data review, data analysis plan, interpretation techniques, and assessing clinical relevance.
• Proficient knowledge of drug development process, study design, response assessment criteria, statistics, and clinical operations.

• Strong leadership and project management skills, able to prioritize tasks and deliver them in a timely and high-quality manner within budget. Strong interest in process improvement projects and proficiency in metrics and dashboard creation.
