Position: Application Support Technician
Location: Lake Mary, FL
Duration: Long term contract with possibility to convert to full time with the client
Must Haves:

• 1 year of experience in a technical position that is customer- facing
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Bachelors degree
• Proficiency with Microsoft suite including Outlook and Excel

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with ServiceNow or any ticketing system
• Basic understanding of SQL
• Background in FinTech or software
