Hybrid Onsite Locations: Scottsdale, Arizona (#1 preference); Woonsocket, Rhode Island; or Hartford, Connecticut. Open to relo candidates to Scottsdale, AZ.Max Pay Rate: $60/hrThis is a contract to hire role, and the client does not provide any form of visa sponsorship. To qualify, candidates must be eligible to work in US without sponsorship now or in future.
Team Size: 6 members
Methodology: Agile
Overview: Apex Systems is seeking an Automation Engineer for the IBM DataPower Platform. We are looking for someone to come onsite to one of the clients locations in Scottsdale, Woonsocket, or Hartford. This is not an DataPower Admin or DataPower DevOps role. This person will be handling the automation for DataPower. They will be using Python, Shell Scripting, and Ansible for the Automations.
Dat to Day: This person will be joining an existing DataPower Team and will be responsible for creating the automation within DataPower. They will be creating automation components for an established DataPower Environment.

- 3 years of experience creating Automation for DataPower, looking for someone at a Mid-Sr level
- Creating scripts from scratch in Python, Ansible, and Shell
- Ability to create new Jenkins pipelines
- Terraform is highly preferred and very nice to have
