Job Overview
The Regional Talent Acquisition Manager is the first point of contact for the Regional President, and VP of Ops in the California Region. They will drive production of the recruiting sales force, hold their own req load and develop talent strategy for the Region and local Market Areas. This is a working manager role with fantastic growth opportunities as the Region expands and the function of talent acquisition matures across the organization. The right person will help drive our CEO’s vision to be a true employer of choice, and build that from simple, scalable solutions.

The position will be remote, based in Southern California. TRAVEL: The TA Manager will travel to our partner sites in California and Hawaii 20% of the time and join the national Talent Acquisition leadership team for annual on-site meetings.
Pay Transparency
The salary range for this opportunity ranges from $110,000-$125,000 plus a 20% bonus target based on experience. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate for this position. It assumes a rate based on location and experience.
