Our client has been a leading product distributor, supporting hospitals, commercial and industrial facilities for more than 25 years.
If you are experienced at managing warehouse operations while delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!
The Warehouse Lead entails fulfilling customer orders, managing product receipt and stocking, coordinating customer deliveries, and assisting the service.
As a customer-facing role, it demands superb communication, problem-solving abilities and reliability.

- Competitive pay rates $21.00-25.00 hourly
What you'll be doing :
- Executing operational plans to fulfill customer orders, receive products, and verify inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with and provide guidance to warehouse support staff and drivers to implement the operational plan directed by the warehouse manager
- Efficiently allocating warehouse tasks to ensure exceptional customer experiences and support core business strategies
- Operating "straight" trucks and vans along established routes as necessary
What we are looking for :
- Over 2 years of experience in supervising or managing warehouse operations
- Strong knowledge in warehouse production, inventory management and order fulfillment
- High School Diploma / GED
- Proficient in using cloud-based business software (i.e, Netsuite)
- Possession of a valid driver's license
