  • Oversee the daily operations of the front office, including managing phone systems and ensuring efficient communication within the organization.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
  • Greet and assist visitors, providing them with necessary information and directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
