Well established and growing company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for its East Dundee, IL facility.

Ideal candidates possess strong knowledge of computers, excellent organizational skills and willingness to learn our business.

Full time position Mon - Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for processing high volume orders for corporate partners
• Verify and ensure accuracy of purchase orders
• Provide excellent, professional customer service both written and or verbal.
• Prepare and submit weekly reports
• Log and process returns
• Account Management
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Detail Oriented and Communication Skills
• Proficient in typing.
• High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including outlook and Excel
• Compassion for our animals, customers, and employees
