As the IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of services for all facilities.This individual must be able to think on their feet in a fast-paced environment.Excellent troubleshooting skills and demonstrate excellent communication abilities.Must be able to demonstrate first-rate customer service skills and enjoy working with end users.As an IT Support Engineer, you will have the opportunity to be a contributor and implementer of new technology solutions.
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
·Will act as a primary escalation point for service desk level tickets.
·Work closely with CTS Dedicated team prioritizing tickets, and making sure tickets are being completed in a timely manner.
·Resolve service desk requests from end users via telephone, walk-ins, email.
·Take ownership of IT Projects and follow through to ensure complete resolution.
·Responsible for overview of service outages to make sure they are top priority.
·Responsible for overview of all phone systems, issues, you will have outside vendors to assist
·Responsible for overview of all cable tv systems issues, you will have outside vendors to assist.
·Responsible for managing the EFAX accounts.
·Responsible for managing the cell phone accounts.
·Responsible for managing printers/copier accounts.
·Responsible for all new acquisitions working closely with CTS to ensure success.
·You will work closely with purchasing for all proposals, and contracts renewals.
·Work closely with the hardware team, approving new hardware (with regional approval) for replacements, and new hires.
Required Qualifications:
·1 years of service desk experience
·Associates degree in a technology-related field
·Knowledge of AD, DHCP, DNS, Networks, PC hardware and software, Office 365, Windows 10, Windows 8 and Windows 7
·Strong Knowledge of Windows systems
·Ability to adapt to change quickly
·Excellent problem-solving skills
·Excellent written and oral communication skills
·Basic to Moderate networking knowledge (Cisco Meraki/Fortigate/Sonicwall)
