We are currently seeking a Payroll Clerk!

Payroll Clerks have a talent for data organization and processing, attention to detail, reconciliation, checks and balances, and computer work.

Assist in the process of making sure employees are paid accurately and on time across the United States. Responsible for precise data entry while working with a team to meet tight deadlines as well as providing excellent customer service to employees.

• Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, posting mail
• Data entry into UKG payroll system
• UPS shipments
• Post payments to accounts receivable
• Run reports and conduct bi-weekly audits
• Process tracking documents
• Provide support to employees with questions and requests ( direct deposit changes, W-2 inquiries, etc.)
• Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential
• Comply with state and federal regulations regarding payroll law
Requirements :

• Previous software experience a plus ( Microsoft Suite, UKG, Outlook)
• Preferred working knowledge of payroll law
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to prioritize
• Reliable / dependable
• Good attendance record

Additional Information :

• Hours : M-F, 8 : 30-4 : 30
• This is an entry level position with the potential for growth.
