We are looking for a born leader with knowledge and skills in Apartment Maintenance to join our family and lead our maintenance team. The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications:
-Must have a "Can Do" attitude.
-Must have reliable means of transportation
-Must own basic tools to use on the job. All technical tools will be provided.
-Must be available to work a rotating On-Call schedule.
-Plumbing knowledge required.
-Electrical experience preferred
-EPA certification is a plus but not required
