Position Overview:
Performs a variety of general cleaning tasks to maintain Anaha premises in a clean, orderly, and attractive condition. Anaha Housekeepers promote sanitary conditions which remains comfortable, orderly and satisfying surroundings for the residents, guests, visitors and employees. Fast, efficient and reliable services with the ability to work independently with little direct supervision in a trustworthy manner. Maintains housekeeping carts and linen closets. Responsibilities extended to the Anaha guest suites.
Duties and Responsibilities:
A. Essential Job Duties
1. Prepares and equips work cart. Replenishes used cleaning material; stocks cart with proper cleaning equipment, cleaning aids, and tools.
2. Cleans and inspects assigned area of responsibility:
a. Performs general cleaning chores including glass table tops and panels, windows, furniture, and cushions. Vacuum or mops floors as needed.
b. Empties rubbish receptacles; cleans and mops elevator landing area and cabs and public/employee rest rooms.
c. Moves and arranges furniture and polishes metal work, as needed.
d. Inspects and cleans trash chute landings; picks up recyclable material from designated areas, as directed.
e. Inspects and cleans restrooms, pool amenities, BBQ cabanas, children's play area, private dining room, Fitness Center and all amenity rooms on the 7th floor.
f. Performs detailed cleaning and servicing for all guest suites.
3. Reports any discrepancies to Security and Management.
B. Marginal Job Duties:
1. Returns to the housekeeping storage areas periodically to ensure that the work cart is properly equipped and stocked.
2. Launders work rags and other cleaning essentials, as directed.
3. Performs other related duties, as directed or required.
4. Position demands good physical and mental health.
5. Swing Shift 4pm-12pm
