This high-rise condominium is seeking to fill a Residential Specialist full-time / part time / On-Call position. Background in security and basic building maintenance is preferred.
Pay starts at $16.00 per hour. If hired, employee must satisfactorily complete a 90- day introductory period. After the introductory period pay will increase to $16.50 per hour. Candidate is expected to work weekends, holidays and over time if needed.
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
-Investigate and report maintenance and safety conditions which might endanger residents, workers or public safety
- Ensure that daily administrative documentation is kept concise and complete at all
- Investigate security related accidents/incidents, interview witnesses, complaints
-Complete reports and follow up with main office as needed
- Investigate and report fires, evacuations, hazardous situations/other facility related events
-Oversee driveway, loading zones, ramps, and entrances and helps prevent congestion; facilitates special parking requests; and monitors parking garage and parking lot for improper parking.
Requirements include, but are not limited to:
*Must be able to understand and follow oral and written instructions
*Must be able to prepare and keep legible and concise daily logs and reports; file as required
*Must have high school diploma, GED or higher
*Must pass a background check and drug screening
*1 year of direct work-related experience in condominium, hotel, or other hospitality preferred
*Must be able and willing to work WEEKENDS and holidays.
