Project Manager

Job Summary:
The Project Manager will manage all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation to completion.

Duties/Respons ibi l i t ies :

• Solicit quotes from subs & suppliers.
• Subcontracts & POs
• Manage all aspects of the assigned projects for the entire life cycle.
• Project Progress Status Reporting and Meeting
• Schedule
• RFIs
• Change Orders
• Quantity Takeoffs
• Permitting
• Pay Estimates
• Utility Locates
• Submittals
• Environmental
• Safety
• Procurement
• Client relationship
• Deliver necessary documentation to owners.
• Create budgets for assigned projects.
• Analyzes changes to the services provided.
• Provides detailed reports that will include breakdowns of project costs.
• Documents data and statistical procedures used in conducting cost analysis.
• Assists in preparation of the annual budget to determine standard costs.

Required Sk i l ls /Abi l i t ies :

• Excellent analytical skills.
• Knowledge in estimating software a plus
• Knowledge in takeoff software a plus
• Knowledge in using Microsoft Project
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Thorough understanding of cost accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Educa t ion a nd Experience:

• At least 1 year of related experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management; Experience may be used in lieu of education
• Emphasis on Civil and Underground Utilities

Phys ica l Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
