Theprimary responsibility of a Customer Support Specialist is todiagnose solve and communicate back with the customer any technicalissues they are having while using Rillions software applications.

This is an opportunity for you who thrive in ahigh growth environment and want to be a part of a bigger journeyexpanding on the US market with lots of internal careeropportunities.

What you willdo :

  • Manage criticalsituations involving technically complex issues.
  • Own and troubleshoot problems such as but notlimited to urgent high severity issues longrunning complex issuesand issues with significant customer impact.
  • Engage the appropriate DevOps resources andsynthesize the findings of multiple people across teams.
  • Provide customers internal stakeholders and onoccasion Rillion senior management with timely written and verbalstatus updates.
  • Form strong bonds with theProduct Management DevOps Support Customer Success and Salesteams.

What we lookfor :

  • Strong leadershipqualities with the ability to lead internal crossfunctional teamthrough issue diagnosis resolution management and close the loopprocess.
  • Ability to quickly learn complextechnology behind Rillions products. Learn and maintain indepthknowledge of Rillions product lines.
  • Excellenttroubleshooting skills (databases environments networkcommunications applications etc)
  • You are technical with acustomerfirst mindset and comfortable with HTML APIs log filesnetworking system architecture and solving ambiguous issues
  • Knowledge of the Accounts Payables process isa plus
  • Previous experience working withRESTAPI Tomcat Microsoft Azure is aplus

Expected Hours ofWork :

This is a fulltime positionand hours of work and days are generally Monday through Friday 8 : 00a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m local time.

Payrange :

Exact compensation mayvary based on skills experience and location.

The salary range for this position is : $ 60 0000 / yr $ 75 000 / yr
