Responsibilities:

• Ensure customers are billed accurately and on time with proper internal controls implemented to maintain accuracy in revenue recognition downstream
• Prepare related month end close activities including reconciliations and roll forwards in Accounts Receivable, Revenue, and Deferred Revenue
• Prepare flux analysis and operational metrics in monthly and quarterly reporting and present results to management
• Support regular billing processes and new product launches
• Streamline and automate billing and collections processes, including the creation of operational KPIs for the team
• Assist in the maintenance of billing stack and integrationsWork cross-functionally to drive data-based decisions across FP&A, GTM, and Operations

• Have 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in startup or high-growth environments with 2 years of experience in a public company
• Have familiarity with sales processes and ASC 606
• Consistently meet deadlines without sacrificing the quality of your work productAre comfortable with handling ambiguity and working with minimal supervision
• Take the initiative to apply your knowledge of processes and systems and recommend well-considered improvements
• Exhibit knowledge of how to implement a change and are good at predicting its effects, and know how to “get it right” the first time

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• Be proficient in NetSuite, Stripe, Anrok or similar software
• Exhibit strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Possess a keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Be a self-starter able to work independently

• The expected salary for this position is $190k USD.

Logistics

Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in our office at least 25% of the time.
